What's Included This auction includes everything remaining in the house that did not sell at the conclusion of the estate sale. The contents will be sold as one complete lot. No individual item sales.
Minimum Bid Starting Bid $100 All bids must be written clearly with name, phone number, and bid amount. Highest bid at closing wins the entire contents. Cash Only
Winning Bidder The winning bidder will be notified immediately after the auction concludes. Payment must be made promptly. Cash Only The winner will have one week from the auction date to remove all items from the house and garage. Buyer is responsible for all labor, packing, loading and removal. Property must be let clean after removal.
