Many times we find personal items, such as money, pictures, Social Security cards, and credit cards as we are preparing an estate sale. We stay true to our values by training our staff to watch for items like this so we may return them to their rightful owners.

Meet Our Team

Polly and Steve Schmeiser (Top Middle of photo) are the founders and Co-Presidents of Lakeshore Galleries. Our business was founded on a mission to help our fellow community members efficiently, and painlessly liquidate their assets in whichever circumstances life may present. 
​Here to help in the execution of our estate sales are Theresa Tracy, Cyndi (bottom Row), Wendy, Polly, Steve, Josh (top row), who each add an essential element to the Lakeshore Galleries team. Their hard work helps us achieve success in every sale we do!

Taking Integrity One Step Further

To go the extra mile in gaining our clients' trust, we avoid charging any additional fees. Our staff works purely on a percentage of commission from the items sold at each sale, so you don't have to worry about being blind-sided by additional expenses during your transitions.
